Police Blotter: Vandal Uses Gold Spray Paint on Car
Also, police made a couple of drug-related arrests.
Watsonville Police Log, Sunday, Oct. 28
Vandalism: A vandal used gold spray paint to write graffiti on a parked car. It happened overnight and was reported on the 100 block of East Front Street at 8:54 a.m.
Knife possession and gang participation: A teenager was arrested for having a knife and a gang enhancement on Park Way and Palm Avenue around 11:16 a.m. He was taken to Juvenile Hall.

Drug charges: A teenager was arrested for drug possession on Palm Avenue around 2:25 p.m.

Drug charges: A man was arrested 1:15 p.m. for possessing drug paraphernalia and warrants on West Lake Avenue and Rodriguez Street.
Vandalism: Car windows were smashed and the car scratched. It happened on Beck and Rogge, and was reported at 3:04 p.m.
Hit and Run DUI: The traffic collision happned at 8:55 p.m. on the 200 block of East Beach Street.
Drug charges: Two men, both 21 years old, were arrested when their car was pulled over on Ohlone Parkway and West Beach Street around 10:52 p.m. One had a warrant; the other was booked for drug possession. Police said there was evidence of drug sales.
Friday, Oct. 26
Warrant arrest: A man was arrested on Main Street and Auto Center Drive for a warrant and a probation violation at 8:49 a.m.
Minor in possession of alcohol: A man was ticketed for having alcohol in his car. He also had a switchblade knife. The arrest was made at 12:06 p.m. on the 200 block of Main Street.
Car burglary: A DVD player was stolen from a car parked on the 700 block of California Street overnight. It was reported at 12:18 p.m.
Petty theft: A thief stole a woman's wallet from her baby's stroller on the 800 block of Vista Montana Drive at 5:41 p.m.
DUI: A 29-year-old man was arrested for DUI Clifford Avenue and Crescent Drive at 7:54 p.m.
Drug possession: Two men, ages 18 and 19, were arrested when cops stopped a car on Freedom Boulevard and Clifford Avenue. They had metal knuckles, cocaine, hash oil and a hidden compartment.
