Our fair city is being run from these underground kids and adults who create a menace to anodyne around them.
They don't wear proper safety equipment required for their sports and they are stunting in walkways where pedestrians are and marked not for skating. The laws against this behavior is written and can be enforced if people would be willing to press charges.
