Air Show Manager Quits on Eve of Annual Show

The director of the Watsonville Fly-In & Air Show stepped down Wednesday, just days before the annual Labor Day weekend aviation extravaganza is slated to hit the skies, the Register Pajaronian newspaper reported.

Mike Hennessy told reporters he quit because he couldn't work with the Air Show's board of directors. Hennessey was hired in June.
