Why Go: The inaugural event will celebrate holiday traditions from around the world. Various cultures, ethnicities and religions will be represented with a dozen or so booths with different song, dress, music, dancing and stories. There will be craft and food booths outside in the Plaza area.

When/When Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 10-11, 11 a.m. , 1125 S Green Valley Rd, Watsonville
Why Go: It's a fun holiday movie for the whole family, and you won't find a better price for a movie theater ticket.

When/When Sunday, Dec. 11, 8 a.m. , 114 E 5th St, Watsonville
Why Go: Enjoy pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee and juice served by the Pajaro Valley Host Lions and sponsored by the Watsonville McDonalds.
Pricing: $5.50 for adults, $4.50 for seniors (60+), $4 for kids ages 6-12 and free for ages 5 and younger.

Why Go: Lots of live performances, raffles and giveaways during the toy and food drive at the youth center.

Why Go: Coastal Collision 4 brings mixed martial arts action back to the county fairgrounds. The event is always a big hit (pun intended!).
