Employees from the Nob Hill Foods grocery store in Watsonville continue to strike in the parking lot and on Main Street.

According to Bay City News, an estimated 7,000 grocery workers at Raley's and Nob Hill Foods grocery stores in Northern and Central California walked out on strike Sunday after 15 months of contract negotiations ended in acrimony.

Going to have to find another grocery store if Nob Hill AND Safeway are both out...

Hope it ends soon, since Nob Hill is my favorite supermarket...great deli department, much better inventory overall than Sav-Mart/FoodMaxx, and not so gargantuan that you need a golf cart to get around.
