Santa Cruz County Fair: Friday is Date Night at the Fair
Boogie down with your sweetheart to the Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie.
It's fair weekend, meaning we're halfway through the 2011 Santa Cruz County Fair. Here are some highlights for Friday, which is Date Night (hint, hint!).
- Listen to the Twisting Spinsters storytelling at 1 p.m. at Yesterday’s Farm-Porter Shed.
- If you have yet to witness Sea Lion Encounters on the Exploratorium Lawn, check it out at 3 p.m.
- Try the Ravioli Making Demo & Tasting by the Onetos in the Crosetti Building.
- The main stage entertainment at 7:30 p.m. is The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie on the Amphitheater Stage.
Here's a full schedule of the day's events. Tonight the livestock area closes at 9 p.m.; the exhibits are shut down at 10 p.m. and the midway goes dark at 11 p.m.
