Video: Police Chief's Son Sings National Anthem

Alex Solano performed at Sunday's Veterans Day Program in Watsonville.

The community came together to honor Pajaro Valley veterans Sunday morning in Watsonville.

A parade down Main Street was followed with a special program at the Veterans Hall on East Beach Street.

Alex Solano, son of Watsonville Police Chief Manny Solano, sang the National Anthem at the event.

Although Veterans Day is Nov. 11, most government offices are observing the day Monday and are closed.
