SANTA CRUZ, Nov. 18. — Watsonville's former mayor, R. P. Qulnn, charged with securing money under false pretenses on a land deal from H. Jackson of San Francisco, was up before Judge Smith today and entered a plea of not guilty. His trial was set for December 20. The defendant is at liberty on bail.
