Author Connects with Community Literacy Program
Event at the Mellow Center culminates the 'On the Same Page' annual reading program.
Paul Fleischman, author of the book Seedfolks, met with Pajaro Valley residents Thursday evening at the for an event marking the end of the annual "On the Same Page" community literacy program.
"On the Same Page" promotes reading by asking locals to read the same book during January and early Febrary. Whether through school, book clubs, other reading groups or on their own, residents were encouraged to read Seedfolks.
The reading program started in 2006.
