2nd Annual "Stay Teen!" Pregnancy Prevention Awareness Day

The YWCA of Watsonville in collaboration with The City of Watsonville, Parks and Rec Department, Salud Para La Gente, and Pajaro Valley Prevention Services and Student Assistance are hosting the 2nd Annual “Stay Teen!” Pregnancy Prevention Awareness Day.  The event will take place on May 4th, The National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, at the G.H.W.R Youth Center, located at 30 Maple Avenue in Watsonville.  

 

The event is free and open to all teens 12 and over.  There will be food, games, music, entertainment, raffle prizes and most importantly local agencies promoting healthy relationships and living skills.

Our goal is to show the youth in our community that there are many things in the city for them to get involved in and there are many resources available to them.  We are planning for 200 participants!
