The National Kidney Foundation is holding a FREE Kidney Health Screening. If you have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, DIABETES, or a FAMILY HISTORY of either of those or of KIDNEY DISEASE, come get your kidneys checked out! Participants will receive valuable information about their health and be able to speak with a physician. Early detection is CRUCIAL to prevent kidney failure! Must be over 18 to participate.
