Local Filmmaker Previews New Documentary

Veremos Productions, an award-winning documentary production company based in Watsonville, screened its new film at the Springfield Grange last weekend.

We are thrilled to share that our new documentary film "Xilonen: Ceremony of Tender Corn" had a wonderful reception at its community preview.

"The film was amazing! Really captured the spirit and essence of our tradition and ceremonial way of guiding our young women. Kuenami ~ Beautiful," wrote one White Hawk wisdom keeper. 

We are honored and grateful for the opportunity to document and share the Xilonen ceremony through film.
