It's been almost three months since Food Network came to town to help salvage Ristorante Barolo on "Restaurant: Impossible," and finally the episode is ready to air.
Aptos' hour of fame is set for Wednesday, May 16 at 10 p.m.
A viewing party is planned for the Soquel Drive restaurant starting at 5:30 complete with (of course) food, drink and live music.
