Loaves and Fishes Benefit Dinner

A benefit dinner will be held on May 17 at El Alteño Restaurant.

Proceeds will support , a local hunger relief agency which has been providing food, education and referrals to the hungry in the City of Watsonville for over 20 years.  With over 300,000 pounds of food given away in 2011, this agency needs your support to continue meeting the increased needs of the local community.  The pounds equate to over 25,000 meals in the hot lunch program and over 9,000 visits accommodated in the Food Pantry.

This evening features the culinary expertise of chefs Jesse Plasencia and Jonathan Miller. Maître d services will be provided by Community Leader Terry Medina.
