A Halloween City store opened up shop in Watsonville means it's just about time for everyone's favorite fall holiday: Halloween.

One Halloween website says ocean-themed costumes, like sailors and pirates, or classic sci-fi/superhero characters like Batman and the Star Wars crew, are popular this year.
