The City of Watsonville and the Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture partner for the third annual Business Walk from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 25 at the Watsonville Civic Plaza on the 4th floor.
We will have a light breakfast to begin the morning and then end with lunch and discussion of businesses visited.
At this event, a group of volunteers which includes private business people, elected officials, Chamber volunteers, City staff and department heads will walk door-to-door and speak with as many businesses as possible in two hours. The group will ask businesses questions that will help the City and Chamber better understand the overall state of the economy (and identify businesses that are struggling).
This is a great opportunity for community and business representatives to meet and interact with the business community in a positive and meaningful way.
