Community Room, Watsonville Civic Plaza, 4th Floor

275 Main St., Downtown Watsonville

Park on Level Six (6) of Parking Structure

Earlier this year, the stakeholders in Watsonville’s Downtown started an effort to try to improve the economic conditions in that area.  The stakeholder group looked into a number of Downtowns throughout California (and even a handful outside) and learned as much as possible about “What makes a downtown tick?”  Now, we want your help.  Please join us as we try to make Downtown Watsonville a great place to live and shop.

Some of the items up for discussion will be:

·         Clean and nicely landscaped walkways

·         An entertainment District including outdoor dining

·         Caltrans relinquishment of Route 152

·         Adequate parking

·         A Merchants Association

·         Mixed use combination of Downtown buildings

·         Unified Code Enforcement

Making our Downtown a great place to be is an important step to improving the quality of life in Watsonville.  Participation is vital to this effort, so please try to attend!
