I've tried all but the Cadillac Cafe. They're all excellent - excellent choices, but for me it comes down to Red Apple Cafe by a hair. Might I also suggest adding Rogers and Normas to the list to round things out?

Out of all of these, I have tried Normas, Wooden Nickle and Cowboy Corner. I am a breakfast kinda girl, so I always get the Denver Omelet. So far, Cowboy Corner is the place to go for me. But I do have to say, if Tabachi's was still open.. I would be going there cause their omelets were the best.

Red Apple and Cowboy Corner rule breakfast in Watsonville. Tried Rodgers for Dinner the other day, sadly dissapointed. Food was "bland" and no flavor....
