Making fresh ravioli at home can be easy and fun. In this class our very popular chef Jonathan Miller will begin by showing you how to make fresh pasta dough that can be used for many mouth watering pasta dishes at home.

Together we will prepare a few seasonal fillings along with delicious and complementary sauces that will enhance your fresh pasta and raviolis for amazing in home Autumn/Winter meals.

Vegetarians are welcome! Both meat and vegetarian fillings and Sauces will be available to work with

Skills covered in class: Sourcing ingredients, making fresh pasta dough, flavor combining and balancing, using a pasta machine and cutting raviolis by hand, Sauce making

Students will work in groups of 2-4

Menu:

Butternut squash raviolis with Sage Butter

Pork sage and wild mushroom with a white wine sauce

Traditional cheese and fresh herb ravioli with tomato sauce.
