The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) – in conjunction with many co-hosts and sponsors – invites you to a community event on November 17 to commemorate public ownership of the 32-mile Santa Cruz Branch Rail Line. ‘Whistle Stops’ will be held at Watsonville, Aptos, Capitola, Live Oak and Westside Santa Cruz including live music, history displays and refreshments.
