Grab your business cards and a raffle prize or two and join the Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture onThursday, Aug. 15, from 5-7 p.m. at the office of the Pajaro Valley Association of Realtors.
The PVAOR has selected the Santa Cruz County Realtor Housing Foundation to receive the raffle proceeds from the evening. This non-profit organization provides closing cost grants for first-time homebuyers. The majority of these grants that have been extended have been given to new home buyers in the Pajaro Valley.
