Pajaro Valley Arts
Council (PVAC) proudly presents its exciting new exhibit, which explores the Past, Present, Future. Artists help
commemorate PVAC’s Thirtieth Anniversary by participating in our annual
membership exhibit. Inspiration comes from the rich heritage of the past, the
beauty of the present and/or the promise of the future.
Pajaro Valley Arts Council’s 30th anniversary celebration and
Opening Reception will honor its historic building. Suzi Merriam, senior planner for the City of Watsonville, and Ann Jenkins, both members of the
Historic Landmark Committee will be on hand Sunday, July 13
to unveil a “Blue Plaque” for the Lamborn House, owned by The City of
Watsonville and home to PVAC. The Lamborn house, at 37 Sudden Street,
Watsonville, was built in 1900 and designed by the well-known early
20th-century California architect W.H. Weeks. The Santa Cruz Museum of Art
& History honors Historic Landmark “Blue Plaque” awards to structures of
architectural or historic significance throughout Santa Cruz County.
