Camp W.O.W. Summer Day Camp

Registration is open for Camp W.O.W. Summer Day Camp!

Camp W.O.W. Summer Day Camp, the City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department’s summer camp, still has openings for all weekly sessions.

Camp W.O.W.’s goal is to assure a fun-filled, educational camp experience that fully engages each child and provides opportunities for campers to strive for their emotional and social potential.

The camp, open to children ages 5 to 12 years of age, will provide children an opportunity to widen horizons, form new friendships and discover new strengths through each of the eight weekly sessions provided, each with a different theme.

Under the supervision of staff, campers will enjoy an array of stimulating activities through arts and crafts, group games, special guests, field trips and much more.

Camp W.O.W. Summer Day Camp, runs for nine weeks starting June 11 through August 10, 2011. Weekly fee is $140, however other options are available. Scholarships are also available.

By partnering with the Summer Lunch Program, lunch will be provided to all.

To register for the camp or for additional information, please contact the Parks and Community Services Customer Service Center at (831) 768-3240 or at 231 Union Street, Watsonville.
