Heart Transplant Patient Fundraiser

$7.00 per person Pancake Breakfast Saturday May 14 Applebee's Restaurant Watsonville (1105 S. Green Valley Road - next to Green Valley Cinemas) is hosting a pancake breakfast fundraiser for Patrick Carroll who is waiting for a heart transplant. Patrick (age 35) is a Watsonville resident, husband and father of two and a very nice guy who loves his life, his family, Monster Trucks (Time Flys team member), his dispatcher/office guru job (with Auto Care Towing-Watsonville). Patrick's health insurance will pay for the transplant but not for much of the huge expenses this middle class family will have after the transplant - particularly his period of unemployment during recovery and rehabilitation and the lifelong expense of anti-rejection drugs and care Patrick will require.
