You can be the voice for an abused or neglected child in the foster care system! CASA is Court Appointed Special Advocates. Our volunteers work one-on-one with children, get to know them, mentor them, and make recommendations on their behalf to the court and social service providers.
Come to this information session and CASA staff will guide you through the experience of a child in foster care and share the role you can offer as an Advocate. You will also hear about the challenges, joys, and experiences from the perspective of a current Advocate.
