Fred Becker: The Watsonville resident died Aug. 19. He was 87.

Nuss "Betty" Marie: The former librarian in Watsonville died in her Aptos home July 26 at age 88.

Donald Stracener: The Watsonville High graduate died Aug. 13 at his Aptos home. He was 74.

Masami Tony Tamaoka: The Watsonville native who lived in San Benito County for all of his life died Aug. 16 at age 84.

Mitchell Lawrence Cohen: The Aromas resident died Aug. 16. He was 52.

Travis Tanner: The 65-year-old died Aug. 19. He was a longtime Watsonvile resident.

Julie Michelle McGown: The Watsonville native died at her home in Idaho on Aug. 11. She was 49.

Victor Rojas Lopez: He died unexpectedly on July 2. The 48-year-old was a native of Mexico.
