Truth or Lie? (3guesses and the first 2 don't count!)

I, like many others, today received a piece of political mail, this one "paid for by Alejo for Assembly 2014 ID#1353603". 
 It is an attempt to convince voters to vote no on Measures H, I , and J. 
Check this out: 
Lie #1-
 Once again, Alejo says Measure I will "... put our most inexperienced City Council Members in charge."  
TRUTH: We already have inexperienced people on our City Council. We even have one of those inexperienced people sitting as mayor. 
Lie #2- Measure H will cost taxpayers thousands of dollars to hold elections unnecessarily"
 TRUTH: Any election that is held in regard to filling vacancies in the City Council, will most certainly NOT be unnecessary. Measure H simply (once again) RETURNS TO THE VOTERS the power to choose who they want as their representative in their district, rather than having the City Council APPOINT one of their own choosing. 
Lie #3- Mr Alejo calls Measure J "...divisive and discriminatory by making it more difficult to name a public place AFTER LATINO LEADERS." THAT is just plain lying.
TRUTH:  Measure J will take the choice of naming public places, OUT of the hands of the City Council, and put that right and privilege back in to the hands of the VOTERS, where it belongs! 
Measures H, I, and J are designed to RETURN the RIGHT TO CHOOSE to the REGISTERED VOTERS; If you are not registered, get it done! And VOTE YES on H, I, J!
