Federal Agents Raid Palm Avenue Home

A man was arrested for allegedly making fake IDs.

A 56-year-old man who allegedly making fake Resident Alien and Social Security cards was arrested when Homeland Security agents and the county Gang Task Force raided his house Thursday, authorities reported.

Eulalio Castaneda was arrested at his house, 313 "A" Palm Ave., around 7:50 a.m., according to Sgt. Eric Montalbo, the task force supervisor. Charges include manufacture of false resident alien card.

The federal agents and gang task force officers served a search warrant at the home, which Castaneda shares with family members. They reportedly found items associated with a fraudulent document manufacturing operation: blank resident alien cards, blank social security cards, printers, type writers and a laminating machine. They also discovered multiple completed fraudulent resident alien cards, according to Montalbo.
