Fugitive Friday: Burglar With Distinctive Facial Tattoos

Here are this week's 'Most Wanted' criminals in Santa Cruz County. Have you seen any of them?





The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office announced its four most wanted suspects this morning. Anyone with information is encouraged to call contact the Sheriff's Office at (831) 471-1121.

Michael Kenneth Manning
Crime: Wanted for an outstanding felony warrant.
Age: 21
Description: 5’7”, 140, brown hair and brown eyes 
Residence: Santa Cruz County 
Details: Manning is wanted for the charge of felony burglary. 
Agency: Watsonville Police Department

Richard Norman Sasse
Crime: Wanted for armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted carjacking, possession of a concealed loaded firearm, possession of marijuana for sales, and escape from a detention facility. All crimes were from 2011. 
Age: 29
Description: 6’0”, 155, brown hair and blue eyes 
Residence: Santa Cruz County 
Details: Sasse was featured as “Most Wanted,” in January 2013, however his whereabouts remain unknown. There is a full extradition warrant for his arrest on the above listed charges if located anywhere in the United States. Sasse is considered armed and dangerous.

Scott Alan Lane
Crime: Wanted for outstanding felony warrants.
Age: 49
Description: 5’9”, 195, black hair and blue eyes 
Residence: Santa Cruz County 
Details: Lane is wanted for the charge of felony burglary, felony narcotics possession charges, and other offenses. 
Agency: Santa Cruz County Sheriff

Heather Deneal Nunn
Crime: Wanted for an outstanding felony arrest warrant.
Age: 38
Description: 5’8”, 130, brown hair and hazel eyes 
Residence: Santa Cruz County 
Details: Nunn is wanted for the charge of felony forgery. 
Agency: Santa Cruz County Sheriff
