SANTA CRUZ POLICE

AGE: 29
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: He has a $50,000 warrant for possessing crack cocaine for sale, a parole violation and violating felony probation.
