Fugitive Friday: Wanted Sex Offender with 'Juggalo' Tattoo

Police also are looking for a Watsonville gang member who had an illegal weapon.

Local law enforcement agencies have come together and are asking for the public's help in locating some of the county's most wanted—and one was picked up this week. Have you seen any of the other fugitives? If so, contact your local law enforcement agency.

WATSONVILLE POLICE

Francisco Hernandez Ortiz
AGE: 23
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Possessing an illegal weapon and gang participation. He's on probation and has failed to comply with the terms.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Aric Clark
AGE: 32
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet tall and 230 pounds with blond hair and hazel eyes. He had a tattoo saying "Mary Jane" on his right forearm
HOME: unknown
WARRANT: Possessing an illegal weapon, theft and failing to appear court.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Mark Wayne Greer
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 250 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He had a tattoo of a Juggalo on his neck
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Failing to register as a sex offender.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Robert Roy Williams

AGE: 55
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Felony theft with several priors. He failed to appear in court on the charges.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Forest Tai Chun
AGE: 21
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet tall and 175 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
HOME: Felton
WARRANT: Felony drug possession. He missed court after his arrest.
