WATSONVILLE POLICE
Jesus Fernandez-Garcia
AGE: 28
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: child molest.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Dennis Weller
AGE: 67
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 180 pounds with gray hair and green eyes.
HOME: unknown
WARRANT: failing to register as a sex offender. He was convicted of child molest in 1990 and is required to register as a sex offender, but hasn't since 2007.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Ernic Hiram Irizarry
AGE: 22
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 206 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes.
HOME: homeless
WARRANT: lewd acts with a child younger than 14 and battery. He's missed court appearances following his 2009 arrest for child molestation.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Ann Clay
AGE: 34
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 100 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
HOME: homeless
WARRANT: forgery and drug possession. She missed court dates after her arrest.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Adelma Theresa Uribe, AKA Adelma Therese Dowden
AGE: 47
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 5 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: drug possession. She was arrested in July 2010 and then missed court. She also has a warrant for issuing or circulating paper money in Santa Cruz.
