UPDATED Aug. 10: Sheriff's deputies arrested Stephen Avellar around 11 a.m. Wedneday. He's in jail on theft and forgery charges.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Miguel Angel Rodriguez
AGE: 22
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Murder. Rodriguez was the man who drove the getaway car, police say. Rodriguez is a gang member and should be considered armed and dangerous.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Daniel Wynn
AGE: 27
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 3 inches tall and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parolee at large. Wynn resisted arrest in July and fled. he's on parole for assault with a deadly weapon and battery with serious
injuries and is considered a violent offender.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Stephen Avellar
AGE: 38
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 190 pounds with blond hair and hazel eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Forgery and possession of illegal weapons. He's suspected of several thefts and forgeries, as well as possessing a Billy club. He frequents motels on lower Ocean Street.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Lindsey Fitzpatrick
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 115 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Possession of a controlled substance. She missed a court date and also has two other warrants.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Kermit Conley
AGE: 54
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 115 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: San Jose
WARRANT: Auto theft. He was arrested in 2005 for auto theft. He was released from jail then failed to appear in court.
