Fugitive Friday: Watsonville

Police are looking for an accused child molester who jumped bond in 2003.

Local law enforcement agencies have come together and are asking for the public's help in finding some of the county's most wanted. Have you seen any of the fugitives? If so, contact your local law enforcement agency.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Erasmo Garcia Hernandez
AGE: 65
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-5, 160 pounds with brown or gray hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Unknown
WARRANT: Child molestation and sex crimes. In 2003, Erasmo was arrested on suspicion of molesting an 8-year-old child. The day after his arrest, he posted bond and was released, but he has eluded police ever since.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Joseph Robert Mohrmann
AGE: 18
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-10 and 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Felton
WARRANT: Assault with a firearm and robbery. On Feb. 18, Mohrmann allegedly stole from a man in Felton, then shot the man in the leg. Mohrmann should be considered armed and dangerous.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Debby Marie Welsh
AGE: 45
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-5 and 125 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Failing to appear at a treatment program. Welsh has more than 31 arrests dating back to 1994 for drug use and possession, burglary, theft, possession of stolen property, vehicle theft, resisting arrest, evading by vehicle, escape and numerous traffic violations.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Angel Vazquez Pinto
AGE: 34
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-8 and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz County
WARRANT: DUI in a stolen vehicle and driving without a license.

SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Adam Bradley Niblock
AGE: 21
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-9 and 125 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Battery and DUI. Niblock was arrested Nov. 9, 2009, in Scotts Valley for allegedly battering another person. He missed court, and a warrant was issued.
