Jose Amador Minguela
AGE: 44
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Failing to register as a sex offender. Minguela is a convicted sex offender who is suppose to check in with police and he hasn't.
CAPITOLA POLICE
Christen Thomas
AGE: 23
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet tall, 4 inches tall and 125 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz County
WARRANT: Possessing stolen property.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE

AGE: 26
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 165 pounds with brown hair and green eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Drug possession. He is a parolee-at-large with two warrants.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Ronald Bay
AGE: 62
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet tall and 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz County
WARRANT: Indecent exposure. He's also a registered sex offender.
