AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Car theft. He was arrested for stealing a vehicle and there's a warrant out for his arrest.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Joshua Ryan Moore
AGE: 35
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Possessing drugs for sale and an illegal weapon. He was arrested for having a weapon and selling drugs but missed court.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Christopher Montes
AGE: 34
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Gilroy
WARRANT: Assault, false imprisonment, domestic violence and terrorist threats. He is on parole and has an extensive, violent criminal history.

DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 3 inches tall and 195 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

WARRANT: Domestic violence, and four other warrants.

Lucy Ann SylvesterAGE: 35
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 155 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: Polluting state waters. She was arrested in June 2011 for discharging sewage into a storm drain and polluting state waters. She later missed court.
