A Hells Angel was arrested in rural Watsonville early Saturday with a loaded gun and drugs, the Sheriff's Office reported.
Miki Macias, 38, was driving his 1988 Toyota truck on Casserly Road near Wheelock Road around 12:27 a.m. Saturday when a sheriff's deputy stopped him for an alleged vehicle code violation.
Macias allegedly was high on drugs while he was driving, deputies reported, and was arrested.
Deputies found 0.8 grams of cocaine in his pants pocket, according to deputy April Skalland.
When they searched his truck, deputies found a loaded 9mm handgun, two loaded high-capacity 9mm magazines and several items of Hells Angels gang paraphernalia, Skalland said.
Macias was arrested on suspicion of additional gun and gang charges, Skalland said.
