Police Blotter: Vandalism and a Home Burglary

The following arrest information was provided by the Watsonville Police Department and the Sheriff's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

Watsonville Police Log, Monday, Jan. 30

9:25 a.m.—A vandal keyed a car on the 100 block of Hammer Drive. The damage happened during the weekend.

9:50 a.m.—Burglars struck a home on the 100 block of Gardner Avenue. The break-in happened sometime since Thursday evening.

2:40 p.m.—During the weekend, someone scratched gang graffiti on the trunk of a car parked on the 100 block of Tharp Avenue. The vandalism happened in the past two days.

11:20 p.m.—A suspected DUI driver was pulled over on the 100 block of Villa Street. The 26-year-old man was arrested.

A Lester Court resident reported someone stole his Social Security number and used it to get a job.
