Police Blotter: Lots of Drunks

The following arrest information was provided by the Sheriff's Office and the Watsonville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Watsonville Police Log, Thursday, Feb. 23

3:09 a.m.—A 39-year-old man was arrested after he broke a window at a home on the 100 block of East Third Avenue and went into the house.

11:45 a.m.—A vandal slashed top on a Ford Mustang convertible on the East High and Freedom Boulevard.

1:54 p.m.—A 43-year-old man was ticketed for having a methamphetamine pipe.

1:58 p.m.—A thief took a bike from a backyard on the 500 block of South Green Valley Road.

4 p.m.—A drunk man was arrested in front of Super Taqueria on Main Street at Freedom Boulevard.

4:33 p.m.—A drunk man was arrested after a fight on the 1300 block of Main Street.

10:23 p.m.—Another drunk man was arrested on East Lake and Tuttle Avenues.

Sheriff's Office Log, Feb. 22

A man was arrested on the 400 block of Chappel Road for a felony warrant.

Tuesday, Feb. 21

10 a.m.—An assailant showed up at a Memorial Avenue home and beat a man with a baseball bat.

Feb. 18

9 a.m.—Six rooms were burglarized at a residential facility on Summit Road. Electronics—including laptops, an iPod, a camera and a cell phone—were stolen.

Feb. 17

8:10 a.m.—A wanted man was arrested at a Lincoln Street apartment.

A wanted parolee was arrested at a Gilchrist Lane home when deputies were called to a disturbance there.

Feb. 14

8 a.m.—The 2012 vehicle registration sticker was stolen from a car parked on the 200 block of Melody Lane.
