Police Blotter: Bike Stop Reveals Knife and Marijuana Bong

The following arrest information was supplied by the Watsonville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.


8:54 p.m. A 15-year-old boy was stopped for bicycle violations at Hammer Drive and Winchester Drive. He was found to be in possession of an illegal knife and a large marijuana bong. He was cited and released to his mother at the Watsonville Police Department.

7:19 p.m. Jose Navarro was arrested for an outstanding warrant at the 400 block of Rogge Street.

Sounds like that bike just rolled out of the "bike shack" behind 555 Main Street. I wonder if the cops bothered to look in the frame of the bike for the real payload?
