May 2:

Arson: Nadine Lopez, 47, was arrested for lighting a fire inside a building on the 100 block of E Beach Street at 12:11 p.m.

Possession of Controlled Substance/Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia: Police found methamphetamine and a pipe during a probation search on Anthony Tavera's residence on the 400 block of Jefferson Street at 2:02 p.m.

Possession of Burglary Tools/Probation Violation: Walter Olsen, 43, was arrested on the 2000 block of Freedom Boulevard at 5:13 p.m.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: Sheila Ruth Roney, 46, was arrested on the 1300 block of Main Street at 7:21 p.m.

Probation Violation: Vicente Raul, 57, was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol on the 200 block of E Lake Avenue at 10:46 p.m.

May 1:

Petty Theft: Shoplifting occurred on the 2100 block of Freedom Boulevard at 1:12 a.m.

Petty Theft: A man's cell phone and wallet were stolen on the 100 block of E Lake Avenue at 5:05 a.m.

Resisting Arrest: Andres Perez-Lozano, 18, was stopped for riding his bicycle on the sidewalk at Maple Avenue and Union Street. He was uncooperative with police when they tried to perform a gang field interview and photograph.

Contempt of Court: Jose Castillo violated a court order by enterring an apartment when the resident was not home and taking his two children although he did not have legal visitation that day. He was found on the 100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue and was arrested at 2:28 p.m.
