Police Blotter: Cocaine Sales and Outstanding Warrants

A man was arrested for possession of cocaine for sale in downtown Watsonville.

Watsonville Police Log, Friday, April 27

1:15 a.m. – Police arrested Ramiro Colin, 36, in public at the Motel 6 parking lot after learning he had a warrant for his arrest.

6:53 p.m. – Noel Alvarez, 30, was arrested for possession of cocaine for sale at Main St. and E. Lake Ave.

3:40 p.m. – Vincente Madera Acosta, 30, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and transported to County Jail.

7:38 a.m. – Alexander David Ruiz, 19, was arrested for participation in a criminal street gang on the 100 block of William Ave. He was identified by police by his gang moniker and a search warrant was issued for his arrest.
