1:36 a.m.—A vandal threw a large rock through a bedroom window of a home on the 100 block of Holly Drive.

12:56 a.m.—A 51-year-old man was arrested for a warrant on the 300 block of Rodriguez Street.

4:52 p.m.—A 20-year-old man was arrested for a probation violation on the 300 block of Rodriguez Street. A second man, age 28, was ticketed for resisting arrest.

10:47 p.m.—A teenager was arrested for a warrant on the 300 block of Bree Lane.

Tuesday, July 3

6:12 a.m.—A car burglar broke into a vehicle on the 200 block of Marchant Street. The stereo and the car seats were stolen. It happened overnight.

10:06 a.m.—A 29-year-old man was cited for a warrant on the 300 block of East Fifth Street.

12:48 p.m.—A 28-year-old man was ticketed for a warrant on the 400 block of Rodriguez Street.

1:29 p.m.—A 22-year-old was placed under citizen's arrest for shoplifting from Kmart.

3:15 p.m.—A man tried to fill a forged prescription at a pharmacy on the 1700 block of Freedom Boulevard.

4:56 p.m.—A man spat on a security guard at CVS on Rodriguez Street. He got a ticket for battery.

6:49 p.m.—A man was ticketed for having a switchblade knife on Main Street at East Lake Avenue.

8:14 p.m.—Police stopped a car on Freedom Boulevard at Main Street and ticketed the passenger for possessing a methamphetamine pipe.

8:52 p.m.—A 30-year-old man was ticketed for having illegal fireworks and arrested on a warrant on Green Meadow Drive and South Green Valley Road. He had been pulled over by police.

9:04 p.m.—A drunken driver, age 42, blew through two stop signs before being pulled over at West Beach and Pine streets. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
