Police Blotter: Gang Members Stopped at Gunpoint
The following arrest information was provided by the Watsonville Police Department and the Sheriff's Office.
Watsonville Police Log, Sunday, Feb. 12
9:28 a.m.—A thief cut the padlock off a storage unit on the 100 block of Westgate Drive and stole items.
11:24 a.m.—A vandal keyed a car parked on Pajaro Lane at Airport Boulevard.

Saturday, Feb. 11
1:31 a.m.—A 29-year-old man was arrested for DUI on West Fifth Street west of Kilburn Street.

5:27 p.m.—Officers stopped a car at gunpoint with four suspected gang members on Dolores and California avenues. Offices found drugs in the car. The men—ages 31, 27, and two 21-year-olds—were arrested on suspicion of drug possession, gang participation and making threats.
Friday, Feb. 10
7:13 p.m.—Someone stole a small suitcase from an unlocked vehicle on the 2000 block of Pajaro Lane.
9:10 p.m.—A vandal threw a rock through the window of a mobile home on the 500 block of South Green Valley Road.
Sheriff's Office Log, Friday, Feb. 10
2:06 a.m.—A 33-year-old man was arrested on Freedom Bouelvard and Green Valley Road for being high on drugs and carrying a knife.
4:08 a.m.—A 48-year-old man was arrested on Freedom Boulevard at Brennan Street for carrying knife and violating his probation.
5 p.m.—Rountree Jail inmate Diego Alberto Mata was allegedly caught with a cell phone and marijuana inside the jail facility off Buena Vista Drive.
8:28 p.m.—A 27-year-old man was arrested for a felony warrant for drug possession on the 100 block of College Road.
8:53 p.m.—A man violated a domestic violence restraining order by texting a woman. Deputies are getting a warrant.
Wednesday, Feb. 8
11 a.m.—A vandal scratched a woman's car while she was parked at a school on Spring Valley Road.
