A gunman shot at a house on the 500 block of Joyce Drive on Sunday night, Watsonville police reported.
The shooting was reported around 10:30 a.m. Monday. A single round went through a garage window. No injuries were reported.

8:05 a.m.—A 23-year-old man was arrested for a warrant for marijuana possession and a parole hold. It happened on the 400 block of Rodriguez Street.
12:10 p.m.—A house on the 100 block of Madison Street was burglarized through a window.

6:58 p.m.—A car window was smashed on the 600 block of Lincoln Street between 9 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday. The would-be burglar tried to steal the car stereo, but wasn't able to.
7:36 p.m.—A man stopped for a vehicle code violation was caught with metal knuckles on East Beach and Main streets.
7:43 p.m.—A family's house was burglarized while they were out to dinner. The break-in happened between 3-7:40 p.m. on the 1000 block of Lincoln Street.
9:20 p.m.—A 30-year-old man was arrested for a warrant on Main and Peck streets.
Sunday, Sept. 2
2:07 p.m.—A man was arrested for shoplifting $65 worth of merchandise from a store on the 1700 block of Freedom Boulevard.
4:08 p.m.—A 51-year-old man was arrested for being drunk in public on West Lake Avenue and Rodriguez Street.
6:03 p.m.—A house on the 100 block of Hill Avenue was burglarized. The burglar got in through two different windows.
6:22 p.m.—A 17-year-old boy was arrested for shoplifting from Kmart on Freedom Boulevard.
9:09 p.m.—A 22-year-old man who was for a vehicle code violation on Ford and Kearney streets was arrested for having a switchblade knife.
Saturday, Sept. 1
4:49 a.m.—Police responded to a fight on the 400 block of Rodriguez Street. One man, age 18, ran. He was chased down and arrested for resisting arrest and a probation violation.
11:41 a.m.—A thief stole a cell phone, debit card, cash and driver's license from a 21-year-old woman. The debit card was later used.
1:34 p.m.—A man, age 18, and an underage teenager were arrested for probation violations on the 100 block of Elm Street.
11:05 p.m.—A 24-year-old man was arrested for hitting his girlfriend and holding her against her will on the 100 block of West Beach Street.
Friday, Aug. 31
2:01 a.m.—A man gave officers a fake name on the 200 block of Silver Leaf Drive. The 27-year-old man was arrested for a warrant.
10:57 a.m.—A teenager ran from police. He was arrested on the 100 block of Harkins Slough Road after a long foot chase and taken to Juvenile Hall.
11:37 a.m.—A 14-year-old student at Rolling Hills Middle School said gang slurs to another student. He also punched that student in the neck while gripping a lock in his hand. The aggressor was arrested on suspicion of assault and gang participation.
2:11 p.m.—A Watsonville man reported that his wife took their daughters on a trip to Idaho without permission.
5:12 p.m.—A teenager was arrested for robbery and gang participation after he stole a cell phone on the 100 block of West Riverside drive and ran to a waiting car. The teen was arrested the following day.
7:19 p.m.—Three Watsonville women reported they were assaulted by a skateboarder in the past 10 days. Police are investigating the sexual battery cases.
7:23 p.m.—A man was arrested for having heroin. The 25-year-old was pulled over on Union Street and Riverside Drive.
9:53 p.m.—A 24-year-old man was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of Aviation Way.
11:59 p.m.—A man was arrested for being high on drugs on the 400 block of Rodriguez Street. The 44-year-old also had methamphetamine with him.
