Police Blotter: Pellet Gun Fired At House

Also, a store employee thwarted a burglary last week.

Thursday, Aug. 15
Vandalism: A gunman shot a living room with a pellet gun. It happened early in the morning on the 100 block of Atkinson Lane.

Resisting Arrest: A wanted woman ran from police when officers came to her Pelican Drive home. She was later caught at the Overlook Shopping Center and arrested.

Drunk in Public: Two men were arrested in separate incidents in the afternoon. They were taken to jail to sober up.

Wednesday, Aug. 14
Threats: A son threatened to kill his father during a family fight on the 100 block of Ford Street. He was arrested.

Harassing Phone Calls: A man called 9-1-1 more than 100 times over the past week. He was arrested.

Warrant Arrest: A man riding a bike at night without lights was stopped on Wagner and East Lake avenues. He was wanted and was taken to jail.

Tuesday, Aug. 13
Burglary: A store window was broken on the 100 block of East Fifth Street around 12:40 a.m. but an employee was in the shop and the thief ran away.

Drug Paraphernalia: A woman was arrested for having hypodermic needles on the 100 block of West Beach Street.
