Thursday, Oct. 4:
10:48 p.m—A 30-year-old male man was stopped for a traffic violation and arrested for driving under the influence of Marijuana.
11:24 p.m.—Police arrested male suspect for an outstanding warrant on the 100 block of Madison Street. The suspect was riding in a vehicle which was pulled over because he was not wearing a seat belt, according to a supplemental report.
Friday, Oct. 4:
12:08 a.m.—Also on the 100 block of Madison Street, the same male suspect was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, later cited as "narcotics" paraphernalia in supplemental report.
3:38 p.m.—Deborah Kennedy, 56, was arrested for having a misdemeanor bench warrant, possession of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. She was transported to county jail.

Friday, Oct. 4:
12:20 p.m.—Anthony Whitney, 42, was located in the parking lot of Ms Donuts on East Lake Avenue. Whitney, who had been on a grant of probation under the new Post Release Community Supervision program out of Monterey County, had been under a surveillance operation after Law Enfocement received a tip that he had been selling drugs in Watsonville, according to the Santa Cruz County Anti Crime Team report.
One agent was nearly struck by the vehicle as Whitney attempted to flee. Agents subsequently had to use a taser device to stop the suspect from fleeing and running over and Agent, according to the SCCACT report.
Whitney was arrested and charged with a probation violation, possession of a controlled substance (crystal methamphetamine) and resisting arrest. He was transported to the Santa Cruz County Jail.
