Hecker and 129 can get sketchy late at night. Not sure what the details are here, but I've run into bored kids looking for trouble on more than one occasion. They try and get a rise out of drivers, and then react with violence or intimidation. Just keep drivin', especially if it's a dumpy car full of high school aged kids.
