Tuesday, October 2:
8:08 a.m.—Unknown suspect(s) used black spray paint to write graffiti on the exterior paint of a parked and locked vehicle. There is no witness or suspect information and the case has been closed.
8:09 a.m.—Victim on the 800 block of East Lake Avenue reported to police that someone had sued her social security number to gain employment in Texas.
8:29 a.m.—Unknown suspect(s) entered a residence on the 100 block of Blanca Lane, through an open living room window. Nothing was disturbed or taken from inside.
12:30 p.m.—During a search warrant execution a loaded sawed off shotgun was located on the 100 block of Hill Avenue. A 30-year-old male was charged for being a felon in possession of a loaded weapon and ammo.
2:18 p.m.—Unknown suspect(s) entered a residence on the 100 block of Pennsylvania Drive through an open bedroom window and removed items from inside. There was no witness or suspect information and the case has been closed.
5:52 p.m.—A 31-year-old male violated an order not to drive by a certain residence on the 100 block of Blanca Lane, and was also arrested for DUI.
6:30 p.m.—A 62-year-old female was found lying on the ground at the alleyway next to Tuttle Avenue. She displayed objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was unable to take care of herself. She was arrested and taken to county jail.
