Police Blotter: Vandalism and Residential Robbery

Another car was damaged with an unknown object, after several similar reports this weekend.

Watsonville Police Department Log:

Monday, October 1:

9:45 a.m.—Unknown suspect(s) entered a residence on the 100 block of West Lake Avenue while it was being tented and fumigated for termites and removed items from inside. Case was closed due to lack of leads or witnesses.

11:20 a.m.—Unknown suspect(s) used an unknown object to cause damage to the exterior paint and lights of a parked and locked vehicle on West Fifth and Walker Streets. The case was closed due to lack of witness or suspect information.

11:33 a.m.—Leonard Robert Stanley, 52, was arrested for a warrant on the 100 block of 2nd Street. 

1:10 p.m.—Unknown suspect(s) threw a rock through a window on the south side of a building on the 700 block of Main Street. The window was broken by the rock. No witnesses or suspect information. The case was closed. 

6:24 p.m.—Cesar Espinoza, 29, was arrested for violation of a court order and resisting or delaying a peace officer.
